Congratulation Julia Wong PhD!!!

Julia successfully defined her PhD at the beginning of June. Now's it's on to a new life in Boston as a post-doc.

I used diplomabella and the congratulations cuttlebug folder for this card. Card is prefolded chocolate brown from the paper source. Magic Pencil Crayon technique with baby oil is used for the colouring.

I cannot believe that Russ and I have been married for 3 years come May 26, 2009. He has been my rock and support throughout the good and bad times.

This card was cased from Amusing Grace of Splitcoaststampers. The "I" and "U" are the Oliva Cuttlebug Alphabet and the heart stamp is a misc stamp I had.

Thanks Babe for always being there for me, no matter what.

We lost our 24 week twins Phoebe and Evan 3 days after they were born in April 2009. This was supposed to be the Thank You card for baby presents post babies but we sent them to the doctors and NICU staff that treated us and the babies so well.

I decided to try digi (digital) stamps and love this one from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff

I used assorted prefolded DCWV or Paper Source cards. The PS cards I cuttledbugged with the dots and divine swirl embossing folders.

I coloured the cupcakes with copics and bic markers. Copics used were RV11, RV10 (pinks) and BV000 (purple). I stickled the cherry and added some crystals for some bling.

First Set of Wedding Invitations

Made this for a good work friend who is getting married in October. She is having a small wedding for family and good friends only. She likes the colour blue so this is where the invitation evolved from.

All supplies from the Paper Source. I used A7 enclosure cards in chocolate brown for the invitation backing. The invites are printed on bluebell paper. The sash on the enclosure cover is from Dick Blicks and is a mulberry paper.

The watermark on the invitation was from MS Word 2007 clip art. Simple and elegant. I love how the invitations turned out and I hope that Tara and Jeramy like them as well.

Tara and Jeramy may your wedding day be filled with happiness and love, family and friends and continue throughout your days together.

My friend is getting married on Friday and we are having a "Bridal Breakfast" on Wednesday morning at work. Here is the card I made for everyone to sign. I love this card.

Paper is from the Paper Source (Pool and Chartruse (Cuttlebug with Flower Folder), with Watercolour Paper for the stamp). Dress is stickled in Diamond, and pink accents are done with Tombow Markers. Swiss Dot Ribbon in Aqua from Papertery and Embellishments from DCWV. Bella is daintybella.
